Not to be braggadocios, but in 2018 I went through a dark night of the soul that included but was not limited to; a break up, getting sober, a kitchen house fire, getting dropped by my big time Hollywood agents AND having a spiritual awakening in a bunk bed in Aspen. I know, hilarious. After years of slowly releasing self doubt, low self worth,  letting go of - I'm sorry, here I got bragging again. Look, the modern world is WILD. WE are now the product in the Attention Economy and can add TikTok and Instagram to the list of uppers and downers.  It’s time for us to wake up into our own power. To accept our gifts and share them with the world. It is time to shift, to change and LIVE BIG. And come hell or high water, I'm here on the mic, encouraging us to do the work. Because if nothing else, at least in my experience . . .healing is hilarious.
