You’ve worked your ass off to get here, but “here” is not the finish line, it’s the new baseline.


You don’t outgrow the basics, you circle back to them, stronger, clearer, and a little more self-aware.


Rachel breaks down what it means to operate in a new frequency without letting your old patterns run the show. She reminds us that this is about presence. Think of it like walking on stilts for the first time: awkward, elevated, and totally worth it.

Four deceptively simple foundations to help your new energy settle:


1. Get the Support You Actually Need.

You’ve been the one holding everything together for so long that “support” feels like a foreign word. Can you flip the narrative? Support isn’t a luxury, it’s infrastructure. Whether it’s hiring help, leaning on a friend, or setting a boundary, external support is what allows internal expansion. You can’t upgrade your operating system on dial-up.


2. Create Internal Support Systems.

Ever heard of the Pie Chart Exercise? Start by dividing your life into Body, Mind, and Soul. What does each part need to maintain balance in this new frequency? Some of us are over-indexing on body, some on mind, some on spirit. Your job now is to calibrate.


If you do this work and genuinely look at it and work to implement it from now until the end of the year—game over, dude. You’re ahead.


3. Sleep Like It’s Your Job.

Sleep isn’t lazy; it’s leadership. If you’re exhausted, it doesn’t matter how many affirmations you post or smoothies you blend. The body is the machine, and it can’t run without rest. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is take a nap in your guest room away from your snoring spouse.


4. Prioritize the Right Things—Not All Things.

For the people pleasers and multi-hyphenates, this one stings. You can’t say yes to everything and expect to move with ease. Letting go of overextending yourself, even if it means saying no to exciting opportunities, is the number one way to honor your energy first.

The bigger message of this episode? Ease is not earned. It’s chosen.


Reframe “consistency” as devotion. Devotion to your frequency, your boundaries, your rhythm. Because when you nurture your frequency instead of letting it own you, life becomes a lot more Amazon Prime: the things meant for you show up at your door without you chasing them down.


Your focused energy is enough. When it’s fine-tuned and consistent, that’s where all the buried treasure is and you don’t even have to look for it anymore.
